Cleola Kunene
Head of SME Development & Customer Experience | JSE
Cleola Kunene is the Head of SME Development and Customer Experience (CX) at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). In her current role, Cleola is responsible for the development of SME accelerator solutions and platforms, providing SME solution enhancements and the execution of SME strategy and development. In addition to her other duties, Cleola is responsible for stakeholder and project management, CX strategy development and implementation, organisational transformation and value stream mapping.
Prior to her current role, Cleola was the Brand, Marketing and Customer Experience lead at the JSE. In her role, she was responsible for product development, digital marketing, customer experience management and strategy development.
Before joining the JSE, Cleola was a business mentor at Women in ETF’s and the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Say Siyabonga. Prior to this, she was also the Director of Business Development at Say Siyabonga and the Marketing Manager at MultiChoice.
