Dr. Nkosi Kumalo, GM for SME and Indirect Channels at MTN South Africa, focuses on expanding MTN within the SME market through strategic market propositions, systems, and multiple channels. His goal is to create a supportive environment for SMEs at MTN. With extensive ICT experience from companies like HP, Microsoft, and Oracle, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, an MBA, and a Doctor of Business Leadership, researching the role of technology in addressing SME challenges in South Africa. He is also an accomplished athlete, having completed 10 Comrades and Two Oceans ultra marathons, earning permanent Green and Blue Numbers respectively.
