She is the Senior Manager: Segment Design and Development for Private, Wealth & Small Business Services at Nedbank, where she leads solutions that support small businesses through banking and beyond®, including as product owner of the SimplyBiz® platform. Drawing on her own entrepreneurial journey and extensive leadership experience across industries, Monique is passionate about keeping strategy simple, real and practically implementable—while never underestimating the power of fun. A lifelong learner, she has immersed herself in insights from over 300,000 businesses, complemented by continuous learning through digital platforms and formal programmes, including a Goldman Sachs UK 10,000 Women scholarship at GIBS; she has received multiple Nedbank Top Achiever awards and is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Management with the Henley Business School Africa.
